Mas‘adah ibn Sadaqah narrated:
Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) was asked about their followers (Shi'a). He said: "Our followers are those who adopt what is good, refrain from what is bad, display beauty, and hasten in accomplishing significant tasks out of their desire for the mercy of the Majestic (Allah). Thus, they are from us, belong to us, and will be with us wherever we may be."
