Imam Mahdi (pbuh):

Each one of you should do those actions, by which you do, you come close to our love.

[Bihar Anwar, vol. 53, p. 176]

So each one of you should do something that will bring him closer to our love and friendship, and avoid what is not pleasing to us and causes our disgust and anger.

Description

This phrase is part of a letter that Imam Zaman (peace be upon him) sent to Sheikh Mofid (may God have mercy on him). After verifying the various commands and instructions to the Shiites, he says:

Every Shiite person should do something that gets him close to the love of Ahl al-Bayt, and avoid and stay away from things that cause the Ahlulbayt disgust and displeasure.

It is clear that the love and hatred of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) does not have an individual and personal aspect, but is based on God's standard; Because whenever the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) observe that the Shiites and those affiliated with them do things that are pleasing to God, and also avoid things that are the cause of God's displeasure, they are pleased. In this same letter, we see valuable interpretations have come from Sheikh Mofid (may God have mercy on him):

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Greetings to you, a sincere friend and believer, who is in our position and. .. You are sure! We are certainly grateful to God, who has no God but Him. We ask to send greetings to our lord Muhammad and his pure family. I inform you - may God continue the success for the support and help of the truth, and make your reward great for your truthful speech on our behalf - that we have been given permission to honor you by writing.

It is up to us that if we seek to attract the love of Imam Zaman (peace be upon him) and avoid his anger and wrath, we should not do anything that will distance us from him and deprive us of his favors. And on the other hand, we should try to do actions and behaviors that bring us closer to him as much as possible.
