Imam Al-Baqir (pbuh):

Sustenance has been fixed and divided, and the bounty, which belongs to God, has been determined from sunrise to dawn about which He said, “And ask God of His grace.” Then he said: And the seeking of sustenance by the remembrance of God at the time of rising of the sun is more effective than from traveling or working for it.
